Job Description
* Leading and managing the recovery team within the Collections department
* Developing and implementing strategic recovery plans.
* Identifying and mitigating potential financial risks.
* Engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of recovery processes.
* Providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Recoveries Manager should have:
* An educational background in Credit, Finance, collections and recoveries
* Proven experience in financial recovery processes and management roles.
* Strong understanding of Financial Services industry and its regulations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication and client engagement abilities.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure.
