Job Description
The objective of this role is to collaborate with the New Era Team sports partners and internal stakeholders to maximise the partnerships through product launches and digital and retail activations.
Responsibilities
* Partner with each team NE collaborates with to build a consumer facing retail GTM calendar.
* Align with each team and internal stake holders on a product roadmap for each team with clearly identified key styles that will be campaigned.
* Prepare campaign direction and launch plans for each property and present at sales meetings to enable internal launches of each collection.
* Present at relevant account sell in meetings.
* Coordinate campaign brief process along with internal design and brand teams to ensure GTM milestones are met.
* Manage all approvals with partners on all marketing elements.
* Manage asset delivery to all partners including teams.
* Be the point person to manage all marketing launches across partner, DTC and wholesale channels plus coordinating with international.
* Plan and facilitate on the ground activations with relevant teams and partners in collaboration with the local marketing manager.
* Service all contractual marketing aspects of each partnership including RCM, social posts, in store graphic updates etc.
* Run regular meetings with all team partners and internal stakeholders as required.
* Maintain a marketing roadmap for each team with clear marketing touch points, focus product, content cadence and budget investment.
* Manage all athlete appearance projects with relevant teams to ensure output is delivered against each platform – digital and retail.
* Measure and report on seasonal campaigns, launches, activations etc to have a database .
* Maintain the monthly budget tracker documents and ensure budget is on track each month.
Knowledge and Experience
To apply you must have/be:
* Experience in working in a Sportswear brand or a global sports team
* A degree in Marketing
* Fluent in English
* A highly collaborative and communicative person and willing to work with different teams and regions.
* Proven experience in agency/supplier management.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and demanding expectations from internal and external partners.
* You must be capable of identifying opportunities to create brand storytelling opportunities in partnership with accounts either at retail or through digital.
* A good understanding of how digital marketing works and how it can bring value to the brand.
* A good understanding of football/F1 and how to engage the audience.
* Able to comprehend financial data and budgets and make decisions accordingly from a marketing perspective.
* Able to understand business analysis information to help with marketing planning.
* Able to work on the full Microsoft office suite.
* Able to present to large groups and senior management.
* Willing to travel to other countries as required.
