Pay Rate: GBP88:90 per day
Job Type: Flexible : Term Time only
As a TA, youll play a key role in supporting the daily activities of the classroom, from assisting with lesson planning and delivery to working closely with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups and collaborate with teachers, SEN specialists, and school support staff to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.This role allows you to make a real impact by helping students, particularly those with special educational needs, develop their skills, confidence, and independence.

Responsibilities include:
* Providing timely and relevant assistance in the classroom.
* Creating an engaging and positive environment.
* Look after childrens physical, social and emotional welfare.
* Adapt teaching support according to students needs.
* Watch, record and report the progress that students make.
* Safeguarding the children, engaging them in activities.
Requirements are:
* Must be residing in the UK
* Have eligibility to work
* Child DBS should be on update service
* Able to provide professional references
* Should have at least 6 months of TA experience
* Having a car and driving to the workplace is desired
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
