Job: Senior Housing Assistant
Grade: EVH Grade 6, Points PA17 to PA20
Salary: £34,745 - £37,984
Contract: Permanent Full Time, 35 hours per week

Established in 1977 as one of Scotland’s first community-based Housing Associations we have a strong track record of fantastic work in the local community. We now have a housing stock exceeding 1700 units across a wide range of types and ages.The group comprises of Parkhead Lettings Company, Parkhead Development Company and we have refurbished community and business facility at Parkhead Schoolhouse.
We are positioned close to the 2014 Commonwealth Games Village, Celtic Park, the Emirates Arena, Parkhead Forge and the recently opened Parkhead Hub (a new health and social care hub). The centre of our community is Parkhead Cross which is a conservation area hosting a number of listed buildings.
We have a great opportunity for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic housing professional to join our Housing Services team. We are excited to be recruiting for a permanent Senior Housing Assistant. Reporting to the Housing Manager the successful applicant will be self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills in addition to previous experience of working in a face paced and reactive environment.
Working as part of a team, being an effective team player is essential as well the ability to work on their own initiative. Previous administration experience, proficient in IT skills and a working knowledge of MS Office Word & Excel are essential.
