Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Secondary School)
Location: Spalding
Salary: £90 – £110 per day
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term
GSL Education is seeking reliable Secondary Teaching Assistants to support schools across Spalding. This role suits individuals who are adaptable and confident working in fast-paced classroom environments.
You may support pupils across a range of subjects and year groups, helping to maintain focus and remove barriers to learning.
Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting learning activities under teacher guidance
* Working with students who need extra academic or emotional support
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
* Assisting with classroom preparation and routines
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* School-based or youth work experience
* Confidence supporting teenagers
* A positive and proactive mindset
