The Customer Experience organization plays a key role in Domino’s growth and ensures our customers achieve their data science goals.


About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, serving as the main point of contact, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding expectations. Your primary goal will be to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation.


What Your Impact Will Be

* Represent Domino during a pivotal period in the customer’s lifecycle and articulate Domino's value proposition.
* Drive migration conversations to promote Domino Cloud adoption among VPC and On‑prem customers.
* Collaborate with the scaled CS team to automate CS initiatives and deliver a digital experience to listed accounts.
* Conduct consultative conversations throughout renewals, leveraging product expertise and ML Ops/AI knowledge.
* Prescribe commercial terms aligned with customer goals using data and insights.
* Identify upsell opportunities at renewal or mid‑cycle.
* Partner with Sales to ensure on‑time delivery of customer renewals without compromising experience.
* Maintain accurate renewal forecasts.
* Communicate risks and develop resolution strategies, escalating as appropriate.


What We Look For In This Role

* 3‑6 years in a client‑facing post‑sales role (e.g., Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Engagement Manager), preferably with integration‑heavy SaaS/AI platforms.
* Experience with products such as Cloudera, Databricks, SageMaker, Google, SAS, or other ML/Analytics solutions, Docker, Kubernetes.
* Ability to manage around 10 accounts, collaborating across Digital Experience, PS, Support, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
* Technical aptitude to understand Domino’s portfolio.
* Strong customer management skills with retention and expansion focus.
* Comfort speaking with executives and procurement at enterprise companies.
* Proven track record of exceeding goals.
* Bias toward action and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
* Proficiency with SFDC and CRM tools.
