* Ensure Accuracy: Observe daily interactions and conditions, ensuring all care documentation is accurate, legal, and easily understood by the team.
* Lead with Confidence: Organize and guide your team, ensuring everyone knows their role in delivering high-quality care.
* Facilitate Seamless Transitions: Oversee shift handovers, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.
* Monitor Health: Perform routine observations and manage specific health needs, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
* Administer Medications: Safely manage and administer medications, adhering to MAR sheets and protocols.
* Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals, addressing concerns with empathy and urgency.
* Promote Independence: Support residents in daily activities, encouraging autonomy while providing hands-on assistance as needed.
* Act on Feedback: Respond to team input, ensuring resident health and well-being are always prioritized.
* Champion Respect: Uphold the dignity and individuality of every resident, advocating for their needs and preferences.

About You
* You're a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
* Experience in care home settings is beneficial, but what matters most is your passion for care and dedication to improving the lives of others.
* You possess excellent communication skills, connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and bring warmth, understanding, and a calm demeanor to every interaction.
