We are seeking a proactive Technologist/Technical Executive to help maintain our standards, drive innovation, and strengthen customer relationships. You will support technical operations, assist in managing customer relationships, contribute to new product development (NPD), and help improve processes, quality, and sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring technical information and KPIs are accurate and up to date. Manage customer technical systems including specifications, audit responses, and risk assessments. Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, and packaging efficiency. Support supplier approvals and ensure compliance with legal, quality, and customer standards. Collaborate with commercial, and production teams on innovation, packaging, and new product proposals. Prepare presentations, analyse trends, and respond to customer queries. Support ESG initiatives and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement. Candidate requirements: Experience in a technical role within food, FMCG, retail, or supply chain is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Confident communicator, able to work across teams and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
