Nursery Apprentice – Level 3 Early Years Educator (No Experience Required)
Location: KT6 5HT
Salary: Apprenticeship wage – starting from approximately £7.55 per hour
Hours: 30+ hours per week (Full-Time)
Start Date: March 2026
Duration: 13 months
What You Will Do
* Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
* Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment
* Assist with daily routines including learning, meals and playtime
* Work as part of the nursery team while promoting safeguarding and diversity
* Participate in training, including Paediatric First Aid where required
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
* Hold GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above, or Functional Skills Level 2
* Have lived in the UK for at least 3 years due to apprenticeship funding rules
Training and Career Development
* Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
* Online remote learning sessions
* One-to-one in-nursery mentor support
* Ongoing professional development opportunities
* Successful apprentices may be offered permanent employment upon completion of the programme.
