Draughting Engineer : Camberley, Surrey
Salary: up to GBP45,000 Permanent Office:based (4:5 days/week)

We are seeking a motivated and detail:oriented Draughting Engineer to join our clients Engineering team at their Camberley office. This is an exciting opportunity to support high:profile engineering projects, providing administrative and technical support to our internal team, with the potential to progress to a Design or Project Engineer role in the future.

What youll be doing
Prepare technical designs and drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and DraftSight.
Support the team in project administration, including document control, logistics, and feasibility studies.
Assist in preparing engineering and commercial project proposals, coordinating with sub:suppliers to obtain accurate costs and timelines.
Provide off:site support for site inspections, data collection, and analysis, including potential offshore projects (training provided).
Contribute to the Companys Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and promote best practices across projects.
Undertake occasional travel to UK:wide sites (approx. every 6 weeks) and potential US assignments.
What youll need
Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
Strong experience in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and DraftSight; mechanical design experience essential.
Excellent administrative, organisational, and project coordination skills.
Proactive, reliable, and eager with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Willingness to travel to UK sites and occasional offshore assignments.
High standard of written and spoken English.
Experience in oil, gas, or renewable offshore sectors desirable but not essential.
