About the team
Positioned within the centralized UX Team, you'll join the Payouts UX Team, reporting to our Payouts UX Manager, working alongside 2 UX/UI Designers. We are focused on envisioning and creating best-in-class experiences for our customers, partners and developers around the world. What you'll own
You'll partner with UX, Product, and Technology to design research approaches for the Payouts customer ecosystem to uncover user needs and evaluate in-flight ideas and prototypes. Additionally you'll:
1. Synthesize your research findings into actionable insights and specific product rmendations that your Design, Product, and Technology partners can put into action
2. Use your research insights to be expert on customer needs in the payouts domain
3. Createpelling research readouts and presentations that influence product design vision, roadmaps, content, and feature-level interactions
4. Liaise with the centralized UXR team to align on strategies and best practices
5. Mentor and educate Product Designers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders on research approaches and methods.
6. Partner with and seek out team members who can help you triangulate your qualitative findings with product usage data, user data, or any other relevant analytics to help paintplete picture of how the products are working for our end-users and clients
7. Help establish and maintain a panel of user research participants to streamline user recruiting efforts

What you bring
5-7 years working experience with a position on a UX Team with the title of User Researcher or UX/Product Designer running research studies and uncovering insights that directly influenced features within software/web-based applications. Examples of research readouts/reports are required for consideration for this position:
8. Demonstrated experience selecting the right research approach for a given context within the wide spectrum of research methods from generative to evaluative
9. Experience helping teams establish and articulate the right research objectives to focus on before jumping into research activities
10. Strong analytical and synthesis skills with examples of research results that have turned into product insights, feature enhancements, and/or new product/feature opportunities
11. A pragmatic approach to doing just enough research to get the job done and make a positive impact on the work, even if sometimes that means rmending no research until later in the product lifecycle in the interest of time
12. Experience with remote testing tools and conducting in-person studies
13. Ability to get very close to the work to understand the products and the target audiences' workflows - we are looking for more than high-level or thematic results
14. Working knowledge in usability and interface principles - understands user-centered design process
15. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills - this position requires the ability to present research readouts to internal audiences, ask the right questions, and clearlymunicate next steps so that everyone has a shared understanding
