Salary: £103,984 - 135,600 per year Requirements: We are looking for an engineer with recent experience in high-integrity or safety-critical industries such as defence, aerospace, or similar. Candidates must be eligible for UK security clearance and have a strong proficiency in C# and C++. Familiarity with distributed simulation standards (DIS, HLA, DDS) is desirable, as well as experience in developing web services (JavaScript, Node.js or similar). Applicants should also have knowledge of military communication protocols (1553/1760, Ethernet TCP/IP) and a solid understanding of system integration principles and processes. Responsibilities: In this role, I expect you to design, develop, and integrate simulation software using C# and C++. You will collaborate closely with project leads and architects to deliver complete system representations. Implementing configuration control, continuous integration, and test-driven development practices will be key aspects of your work. You will work within an agile, multidisciplinary team to provide validated simulation solutions and support activities such as system integration, verification, validation, and training.
