Requirements
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure software quality across our suite of products.
* Design and implement testing frameworks for new features and integrations.
* Collaborate with development teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
* Execute and evaluate automated tests, identifying and documenting defects properly.
* Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
* Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on testability and implementation frameworks.
* Continuously improve the test automation process and tools to enhance efficiency.
* Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for test automation and quality assurance.
* Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to discussions on testing strategies and processes.
Essential Requirements:
* Extensive experience in test automation with tools like Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
* Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
* Strong understanding of API testing, including REST and SOAP protocols.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
* Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum/Kanban environment.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* Experience with SQL and database testing.
* Proactive attitude towards quality assurance and a passion for continuous improvement.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure).
* Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
* Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
* Experience in mentoring or training other team members in test automation practices.
* Understanding of security testing principles and practices.
