Chef de Partie New Opening - Gastro-Pub - Full-time & Part-time roles available Chef de Partie Were building the kitchen team for a new gastropub opening this June.
Our approach is simple seasonal, ingredient-led cooking, with whole animal butchery, open fire, and everything made in-house. We work closely with our own farm in Marden and a small group of trusted, high-quality suppliers.
This is a kitchen built on standards, respect for produce, and attention to detail but just as importantly, its a positive, driven environment where people enjoy coming to work. Were looking for chefs who care about what they do and want to keep improving.

The Role - As Chef de Partie, youll take ownership of a section and play a key part in delivering consistently high standards across the kitchen. You will: Run and maintain your section to a high standard
Work closely with the senior team on prep, service and menu development
Contribute ideas and creativity to dishes
Maintain strong organisation and time management during busy services
Support health & safety and food hygiene standards
Work as part of a tight, supportive team
What Were Looking For Previous experience as a CDP or strong Commis ready to step up
A genuine interest in seasonal, produce-led cooking
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen
A team player who can also work independently
What We Offer 45 hour week with paid overtime
Hourly rate between £14.10-£15.81
