EPOS Technical Support Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced EPOS Technical Support Engineer, to join a fabulous company in High Wycombe.
This position is 5 days in the office, Monday to Friday, but may move to 4 days in the office and 1 weekend day from home.
As the EPOS Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Providing first line remote support to EPOS system users.
* Answering direct calls and enquiries from users.
* Diagnosing and rectifying issues to meet user expectations.
* Escalate any complex problems to the software developers where necessary.
* Assisting the implementation manager with remote EPOS system implementation tasks such as delivering remote training sessions and equipment setup support.
* Remotely support new members through their FPOS installations.
* Provide initial system tour and training to new members.
This is a position which will grow as the client base grows, giving you he chance to become an integral part of what is current a small team but growing.
In order to be successful in your application for the EPOS Technical Support Engineer, you should have:
1. An EPOS or IT background
2. Excellent Customer Skills
