What You’ll Do
* Dispense and review medications for safety and effectiveness
* Provide expert guidance to medical staff and patients
* Ensure compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations
* Contribute to clinical rounds and interdisciplinary care planning
What We’re Looking For
* Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy, Advanced Degree in Pharmacy
* Licensed and Registered South Carolina Pharmacist
* Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Passion for patient care and teamwork
