Person Specification
The role is offered on a part-time basis, initially, with the core hours of 25 hours per week (ideally delivered evenly Mon-Fri) with a possibility of increasing the hours at a later date. This can be delivered as a hybrid role, with some working from home possible. The successful candidate will need to be flexible with hours, as some weeks may require more time and some less. A background of working in a barristers' chambers or a similarly fast-paced legal/professional service business would
Key Responsibilities
* Facilities Management
* Managing onboarding, filing staff contracts, and general support as required
* Management of supplies and external (supplier) relationships
* IT – troubleshooting and acting as the first point of contact
* Supporting the Pupillage ("graduate recruitment") process
* Policies, Compliance (inc. GDPR and Cyber) and Insurance Management
* Ad hoc support to the Marketing function
