We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead operations at our stunning new London showroom in Clerkenwell. What You’ll Do
* Lead the showroom experience - manage daily operations, coordinate schedules, and maintain stock through internal and external suppliers.
* Create inspiring events – plan and deliver product showcases, networking events, and brand activations with precision and creativity.
* Collaborate across teams – work closely with UK Marketing and Sales teams, as well as global colleagues, to ensure showroom excellence.
* Deliver exceptional service – engage with clients, provide expert product advice, and build lasting relationships.
* Drive growth – develop strategies to attract new customers, expand our client base, and exceed sales targets.
* Partner with leading brands – coordinate joint events and marketing initiatives to maximise showroom impact.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing a showroom, ideally within interiors or design.
* Degree or HND in Design or Business (preferred).
* Strong understanding of design trends and a genuine passion for interiors.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Sales-driven mindset with a track record of hitting targets.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Salesforce/CRM and Microsoft Office.
* Flexibility for occasional evening events.
