As a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, you will oversee all areas of TP engagements and will manage key client relationships, mentor teams, and contribute to business development initiatives. Your role drives technical excellence, client satisfaction, and the growth of the tax practice.

In addition, is able to limit review points from the director/partner to a reasonable number and in the main, review points of a complex technical nature only
* Takes a lead role on most technical tax engagements, other than the most complex, limiting director/partner input to focus on the high-risk areas of assignments. Be in control of entirety of service delivery to client in relation to these assignments, working directly with leaders in other service lines, as appropriate
* Be seen as a leader in the team, service line and business, spearheading both Azets UK and local initiatives. Is able to build and foster team spirit, by engaging directly with the team members and taking responsibility for team events, both from a social and technical development perspective
* Embraces the use of new technologies which are specific to tax assignments, promoting innovation and effective use amongst the wider team
* Able to balance risk against efficiency, without compromising quality. Has a strong grasp of ethical implications and considerations concerning tax assignments and client services, taking prompt, pre-emptive action where necessary
* Takes the lead with resource management and can adapt to dynamic statutory deadlines, requirements of other service lines and project timetable changes. Communicates regularly with other senior management regarding resource levels and foreseeable challenges. Ensures that the team are used according to their skillsets and interests so that they are developing and engaged in the work they do
* Builds own internal network with peers across all service lines, supporting with technical advice and gaining better understanding of opportunities to work together on client work. Encourages resource sharing across offices as appropriate to ensure work is staffed appropriately
* Builds strong relationships with clients and other professional advisors, starting to establish an external network of potential referrers
* It is expected that the above core and technical skills will have been developed through study alongside work experience in an accountancy practice
Skills and Experience
* Holds an accountancy and/or tax qualification or qualified by experience (e.g. ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA)
* Expected to have at least 8 years of experience in transfer pricing advisory
