Role Summary:
You’ll join as a Junior IFA, working alongside senior advisers to build your competence. Guided onboarding through best‑practice processes and hands‑on lead‑handling, you’ll move swiftly toward competent advice in a busy but supportive environment. With paraplanning support and structured director input, you’ll develop both technically and commercially.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with client onboarding and review processes: build your advisory skills
* Support paraplanners and trained advisers in research and suitability reports: learn industry best practice
* Help manage leads and support solicitors/accounts teams: gain exposure to commercial networks
* Participate in firm’s development initiatives and compliance activities: develop professional discipline
Requirements:
* Minimum of Level 4 Diploma Qualified
* Strong drive to become a competent IFA
* Excellent communication and numeracy skills
* Team player who thrives in a busy bespoke advisory environment
