Marketing Campaign Executive
Workwell Global is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of campaigns from concept to completion, working closely with senior leadership and sales teams. You'll be targeting businesses looking to hire globally, with recruitment agencies being a key client segment.
What You'll Be Doing
Campaign Management
* Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid media, events).
* Translate briefs into actionable plans with clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
* Drive lead generation and sales pipeline conversion through targeted marketing tactics.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM platforms.
* Report on key metrics such as website traffic, email engagement, and conversion rates.
* Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Digital & Paid Media
* Manage paid LinkedIn campaigns and email marketing tailored to buyer journeys.
* Support SEO through keyword research, content optimisation, and blog writing.
Content & Creative
* Create campaign assets including landing pages, emails, social content, and visuals using tools like Canva.
* Collaborate on video content and presentations to support campaign messaging.
* Align content calendars with campaign timelines.
Market Research
* Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategies.
* Stay updated on employment trends and global staffing industry statistics.
We'd love to hear from someone that:
* Has 3–4 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on campaign execution and performance reporting.
* Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
* Communicates clearly and concisely, especially in written form.
* Is confident using Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CMS tools like WordPress or Squarespace.
* Has experience with stakeholder management and presenting marketing results.
* Is self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Has experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing software).
* Bonus: Experience using LinkedIn Ad Manager to drive leads.

Salary: £27,000 £30,000+ per annum (dependent on proven experience) | Full Time, Permanent | Liverpool Office -Hybrid working (3 days per week)
