AtkinsRéalis Project Delivery Practice (PDP) combines project management and design management to serve clients in both public and private sectors. We seek an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our North Scotland and Northern Ireland practice, based in Belfast. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, with flexible working arrangements including remote work.

Candidate Profile
* Experience in multi-disciplinary project delivery, ideally within a consultancy, with some water industry exposure.
* Ability to manage projects through RIBA Stages 0-7 or equivalent.
* Strong client-facing skills and experience leading delivery teams.
* Business acumen with risk and commercial awareness.
* Proficiency in project management tools and BIM understanding.
* Proactive, flexible attitude, with a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project delivery from start to finish, ensuring clarity of scope, budget, and schedule.
* Lead and develop project teams, fostering motivation and collaboration.
* Maintain communication with clients, ensuring project alignment with their expectations.
* Oversee project budgets, risks, procurement, and performance metrics.
* Mentor junior team members and support business development efforts.
