Job Description
* Oversee all financial operations within the department, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies
* Coordinate and lead budgeting and forecasting processes
* Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
* Develop financial reports for management, highlighting key business metrics
* Ensure accurate record keeping and timely financial reporting
* Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
* Manage relationships with suppliers
* Lead and develop a team of finance professionals (based overseas)
* Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to align financial management with business goals
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A full accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Demonstrable experience in financial accounting, management accounting and business partnering
* Commercial acumen
* Able to work with non-finance stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong systems and Excel skills
* Team player
What's on Offer
The Finance Manager position comes with a base salary of £80,000-£90,000, discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, pension and hybrid working.
