The HR Systems Administrator works within the Employee Services function, providing effective, accurate, and timely human resources administrative support to all internal and external clients. You will maintain a high level of customer service while ensuring compliance with company operating procedures.
Your Core Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients of Employee Services & HR Systems, providing timely query resolution, guidance, and support with HR Systems.
* Support education on company procedures and the use of operating systems.
* Comply with Standard Operating Processes (SOPs), Service Level Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators across all HR administration tasks to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high service levels.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of SOPs to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels, ensuring client satisfaction within designated timescales.
* Manage database administration, including maintaining accurate employee information.
Our Essential Requirements
* Over 2 years of experience in a similar HR administration role.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
