7.5 Tonne Driver – Immediate Start
Location: Royton, Oldham
Bamford Contract Services is currently recruiting a reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a well-established company based in the Royton area of Oldham.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate a 7.5t vehicle to complete deliveries and collections efficiently
* Carry out daily vehicle safety checks (lights, tyres, fluids) and report any defects
* Ensure all goods are correctly loaded, secured, and transported safely
* Complete an average of 3-6 drops a day
* Unload orders carefully while maintaining product quality and integrity
* Use of Tacho in line with regulations
Requirements
* Valid UK Driving Licence with Category C1 entitlement
* Minimum 2 years’ driving experience
* Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
* Strong team player with a flexible approach
Hours & Pay
* Monday to Friday
* 07:30am – 4:30pm
* £14.50 – £15.00 per hour
* Weekly pay
* Immediate start available
* Ongoing work could lead to a permanent position
