Responsibilities
 * Support account planning by conducting research, crafting compelling value stories, and executing effective outreach strategies
 * Generate new business opportunities by setting up high-value meetings with key decision-makers
 * Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts in Germany and Austria through proactive outbound prospecting
 * Build pipeline by qualifying inbound leads from events, downloads, free trials, and webinars
 * Leverage best-in-class tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Gong, 6sense, and more
 * Gather sales intelligence on customer needs, pain points, and decision processes
 * Keep Salesforce updated with accurate and high-quality prospect data
 * Learn how Dynatrace's platform delivers real value to customers - and how to clearly communicate that
 * Conduct discovery calls and short product demos to spark interest and open doors
Qualifications
 * Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus
 * Strong interest in consultative, tech-driven sales
 * Fluent German and very good English skills
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Strategic thinking and ability to tailor your sales approach
 * Ambition to exceed targets and grow professionally
 * Strong collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
