MWH treatment is a highly successful business, we are continually looking for talented individuals to join us. An opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join the team covering our regions based in the North - ESD, United Utilities, Hattersley and Northern Ireland. You will partner and offer extensive support to the business in all aspects of HR, focussing on succession & talent, learning & development, coaching and delivering our People Plan within your region.

You will be responsible for supporting the development and deployment of the People Plan and offer extensive support to the business in all aspects of HR focussing on succession & talent, learning & development and coaching

Key responsibilities

1. Develop/support approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives
2. Working with the central teams to design and implement key initiatives relating to areas such as talent, performance management, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing.
3. In partnership with managers take ownership of implementing the people plan.
4. Coaching Managers and individuals.
5. Maintain positive relationships with the central HR functions.
6. Supporting the HR service team to manage employee relations issues when required.
7. Take an active role in future talent processes such as graduate recruitment.
8. Undertake and lead HR project work as identified
9. Work closely with the L&D team to provide support in the co-ordination of training & development for managers and their teams in line with performance management tools.
10. Work with L&D team to ensure key deliverables are met, monitored and reported.
11. Meet regularly with the Head of People to ensure the consistency and alignment of all HR processes and strategies (globally and locally).
12. Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.

You will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong influencing skills a flexible approach, pro-active self-starter, action orientated, resilient with a can-do attitude.
