Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing communications agency delivering high-impact events and exhibitions across the UK and internationally. They are now looking for a talented and motivated Events & Exhibitions Project Manager to join their growing team.
Agency experience and exhibitions delivery experience are essential for this role. Healthcare events experience is highly desirable.
The Role
You'll lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of live events and exhibition projects - from planning through to on-site execution. This is a client-facing, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys managing complex, detail-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of events and exhibition projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams across production, creative, and logistics
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring excellent service and delivery
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
Oversee on-site event and exhibition operations, troubleshooting where needed
Source and manage suppliers, venues, and specialist contractors
Negotiate with vendors to achieve best value and quality outcomes
Build strong client relationships and support opportunities for repeat and new business
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience delivering events and/or exhibitions
Previous agency-side project management experience (essential)
Proven experience managing complex live event or exhibition builds
Healthcare or medical events experience desirable
Strong knowledge of event and exhibition production (AV, staging, lighting, build, logistics)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking ability
Calm under pressure and confident managing live environments
Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
