Secondary Teaching Assistant – Full-Time (Temporary)
Pay: £90–£105 per day (dependent on experience)
Teaching Personnel is seeking a supportive and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to work in one of our partner secondary schools on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in the classroom
The Role:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum
* Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and progress
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
* Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Support pupils with additional needs where required
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
* A positive, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting learning
* An understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training provided)
