We're currently recruiting a yard Operative to work as part of our team at our Whitburn Operation Centre, EH47 7RJ. Our Yard Assistants are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation. They love working in all weathers and have a passion for vehicles and working with cars. Our team consistently and promptly respond to customer requests and complete service orders to deadlines. They ensure that vehicles are stored and maintained in line with customer and company standards and operate a handheld device to take images of vehicles.What skills you need to have: Full driving licence Excellent customer service Great communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail Confident in the use of handheld devices, with experience in the use of basic IT applications Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Happy to work outside, in all weather conditions What we offer you in return: Monday to Friday operation 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and an additional day per year to celebrate a special occasion to you A further paid day to volunteer for a charity of your choice The opportunity to develop in your role - the more you learn, the more you earn!
