Academics are currently recruiting a committed SEN Learning Support Assistant for a full-time role in a school in Eastbourne. This role involves providing 1:1 support for a child with Special Educational Needs, working closely with the SENCO and SLT to deliver tailored support in line with the child's EHCP. The Role Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN. Implement strategies in line with the child's EHCP. Work closely with the SENCO and SLT. Support learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation. Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Requirements Experience working with children with SEN (preferred). Understanding of EHCPs and classroom support strategies. Calm, patient, and supportive approach.
