Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Career Progression + Full QM Technical Training + 30 Days Holiday rising to 35 with service + Performance related Bonuses + Medical Care Scheme
Location: Factory based, commutable from Bridgwater, Taunton, Highbridge, Weston-Super-Mare, Glastonbury, and surrounding areas

* Ensure Quality Assurance & Compliance to AS9100 standards.
* Implement continuous improvements to manufacturing processes.

* Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields within manufacturing, CNC, or production sectors.
* Aspiring to step into a senior role with impact and training opportunities.
* Located within commuting distance to Bridgwater.
