Are you an experienced surveyor with expertise in Damp & Mould? Our Client, an affordable housing provider are seeking an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to join their property services team, to fulfil a 3 month temporary contract The successful candidate will be responsible ensuring high quality of housing maintenance, completing property surveys including damp and mould inspections and diagnosis. You will have excellent knowledge of Health & safety legislation as well up to date knowledge of all current statutory compliance regulations (asbestos, legionella, gas, electrical, fire safety) Responsibilities: * Manage responsive and major works relating to damp and mould projects, service contracts from inception to completion in accordance with current legislation, including managing health and safety (CDM) and ensuring compliance with regulatory controls. * Performance management of the contractor delivering the repairs and planned works projects/contracts. Monitor contractors to ensure delivery of the programme according to set timescales, analysing data and reporting on performance against an agreed suite of key performance indicators on a monthly basis.
