This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful security company who specialise in Security / Access Control Systems to some of the UK's largest Utility companies across the UK, to join as an ambitious Contracts Coordinator and help to develop the business during an exciting phase of growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Answering internal and external telephone calls to the department
2. Acting as a Single Point of contact for a major utility client
3. Filter inbound communication and directing / handling as appropriate
4. Agreeing and implementing new systems and processes
5. Placing orders with suppliers
6. Arranging works to be carried out for Service and Maintenance function
7. Communicating information with engineers and other site staff via telephone and email
8. General photocopying, faxing and filing duties
9. Provide efficient administration support for the department
10. Maintain all aspects of data protection
11. Actively develop excellent communication with all departments throughout the business, external advisors, investors and suppliers to deliver to the business objectives.
12. Organisation of / undertaking office housekeeping
13. Any other administrative task as required
14. Must be able to travel when required to attend meetings.
15. Flexible working on 2 shifts 07:30 – 16:00 & 08:30 – 17:00

Experience in a similar role in the Security / Fire and Security sector would be advantageous.
