They are now looking to appoint aMechanical Contracts Managerto take ownership of multiple projects and play a key role from pre-construction through to handover.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial schemes, while managing multiple site teams.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Leading and coordinating site teams across multiple sites
* Overseeing programme delivery, budgets, and quality standards
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within cost
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
About You:
* Proven experience in aMechanical Contracts Managerrole within construction/M&E
* Strong backgroundconstruction and building services
* Commercially aware with the ability to manage xxuwjjq multiple projects effectively
* Highly organised, proactive, and confident in client-facing situations
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple site teams
