Role Summary Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced AV Installation Engineer to support their growing portfolio of projects. This is a hands-on role involving the installation of AV and VC systems in diverse environments - from executive boardrooms to large-scale integrated setups. Key Responsibilities Install and configure AV systems including displays, projectors, control systems, and audio DSPs Set up and integrate video conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, Cisco) Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Conduct site surveys and liaise with project managers and clients Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after installation Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standardsCandidate Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in AV installation Strong understanding of AV signal types, cabling, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX) Familiarity with VC platforms and integration best practices Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team Full UK driving licenceBenefits Competitive salary with overtime opportunities Ongoing training and certification support Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the UK
