We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at Redhill Primary School, a vibrant primary school committed to nurturing confident, curious, and capable learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality Read Write Inc. phonics sessions in small groups and one-to-one settings.
* Provide tailored support to KS1 children, helping to raise attainment in reading, writing, and early numeracy.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
* Assist in tracking pupil progress and adapting support strategies accordingly.
* Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere that promotes resilience and a love of learning.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a proven track record of delivering Read Write Inc. effectively.
* Brings experience supporting KS1 children, especially those with varying learning needs.
* Is a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Is proactive, patient, and passionate about making a difference.
