Role Purpose
To manage and control the maintenance and repair to M&E equipment across a single blue-chip contract for one of our key clients at Smart. Ensuring appropriate and correct operation of assets and that records are maintained in line with Operational, Regulatory and Statutory practice.
Deliver a Smart and world class service, have full confidence of the client and team and be a leader of innovation.
Key Duties
* Manage all technical issues.
* Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s.
* Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.
* Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client project works.
* Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site.
* Assisting with recruitment of any new staff required on sites.
* Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.
* Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
* Management of all reports.
* Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline; C&G, HNC, HND or higher.
* Background in understanding of budgets and P&L. (not essential)
* Strong critical engineering understanding.
* Previous experience of managing large engineering teams.
* Experience of service delivery in high profile buildings.
