We are looking for an Event Project Co-ordinator to join our growing Delegate Management project team. The main focus is to support and assist the Project Team in the administration and processing of delegate registration and/or accommodation requirements. Offering a professional service to both internal and external clients by providing first class customer service.
You thrive on providing great customer service, are comfortable communicating by email, phone and in person along with a good understanding of spreadsheets and databases. You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and have the confidence to liaise with event delegates and clients as well as multiple stakeholders across the business.

As an Event Project Coordinator, you will:
* Carry out the administration and processing of registrations and/or hotel bookings including assisting delegates
* Be responsible for all project mailboxes, incoming queries, and calls.
* Maintain a high standard of general knowledge across all Programmes/Services provided to the client of your assigned projects.
* Provide regular reporting during the life cycle of the project which will include rooming lists and change reports.
* As and when appropriate assist onsite ensuring that the client expectations are met at all times (both in the UK and overseas)
* MS Office skills including Excel, you will also have experience of databases
* Excellent communication skills along with a calm, proactive and collaborative approach
* Ability to multitask, comfortable in working to set service level agreements and changing priorities.
* Flexible and proactive approach to work, able to juggle multiple priorities and projects with resilience under pressure. Ability and willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
You might also have:
* Experience of customer service, delegate management, sourcing hotels or working within a hotel reservations team or customer service role.
You should know:
* This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in our Fleet office
* Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break
* You must have the ability to travel within the UK and overseas
* You must also have the right to work within the UK
