Job Details
* Salary: £23,809.50 rising to £25,000 per annum following probation + uncapped commission (realistic OTC of £800 per month)
* Location: Nelson
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30/09:00 – 17:00/17:30 (37.5 hrs)
Responsibilities
* Make outgoing customer calls; identify opportunities to sell products through customer visits.
* Understand clients’ business communication requirements.
* Create and manage a sales pipeline.
* Book a set number of appointments daily.
* Report on sales opportunities.
* Proactively upskill and self-learn.
* Work towards set targets, KPIs, goals, and objectives.
* Schedule and complete tasks within specified timescales, keeping all systems updated.
* Collect Key Decision Maker contacts and contract end date information.
* Gather additional customer contact details to maximize engagement.
Qualifications
* Previous proven telesales, telemarketing, or commercial experience preferred.
* Industry experience is advantageous but not essential; training provided.
* Target & KPI driven.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to develop trusting relationships.
* Fast thinking, self-motivated, resilient, and enthusiastic.
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
