Duties
* Lead and support the sales team to achieve volume and profit targets as a Sales Controller
* Assist with structuring deals, finance, and value-added product offerings
* Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
* Support site management with operational duties as a Sales Controller
* Motivate, mentor, and develop the sales team in your role as a Sales Controller
* Monitor individual and team performance to identify improvement opportunities
* Foster a positive, high-energy sales environment focused on delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
* Proven experience in used car sales, ideally within a high-volume or supermarket-style environment
* Previous experience as a Sales Controller or in a sales leadership role is a strong advantage
* Confident closer with leadership skills to motivate and develop the team
* Well-organised, target-driven, and professional approach
* Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
* FCA accreditation or willingness to undertake training as required
