We are looking for Care Assistants who enjoy helping people improve their wellbeing. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference, with full paid training and guaranteed hours.
Responsibilities
* Support clients with meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic assistance.
* Assist clients with personal care.
* Provide companionship and accompany clients on outings.
* Encourage clients to take an active role in planning and provision of their care.
* Record and report daily visit information accurately.
* Show kindness, compassion and empathy.
About you
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance.
* Availability to work alternate weekends.
* Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship).
* Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant, NHS etc, or no prior experience – we provide full training.
