THE ROLE
- Manage your own varied commercial property caseload while supporting colleagues on larger and more complex transactions where required.
- Caseload includes sales and acquisitions, refinancing transactions, commercial leases, development and land transactions, rural diversification projects and pension property transactions.
- Opportunity to become part of a well-established practice with a strong reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- A practical and commercial approach to legal advice.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines effectively.
