Search are currently recruiting for Part Time Payroll Assistant to join a growing business based in Kirklees. This role will be supporting the Payroll Manager with end to end payroll processing.
Job Duties
* Assist with payroll processing for weekly, fortnightly and monthly for a portfolio of clients
* Inputting payroll data into the system ensuring accuracy at all times
* Supporting with auto pension enrolment
* Processing of starters and leavers, P45's, P60's and P11d's
* Liaise with HMRC directly for payroll submission
* Responding to any payroll queries that arise
Successful candidate will posses
* Worked in a similar role previously
* Working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC submissions
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work to timed deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Microsoft proficient
