Job Summary
We are happy to accept applications from final year Podiatry students & provide a preceptorship/development post.
If you are newly qualified or have not yet achieved band 6 competencies in Diabetes and the At-Risk foot, you will initially join us as a band 5 in a development post. You will be fully supported to achieve your band 6 competencies via probation, preceptor, and mentoring programmes (usually within 18-24 months of your recruitment).

Main duties of the job
* Manage a specialised caseload involving treatment and patient management programmes.
* Possess high clinical competence and diagnostic skills for varied clientele, including children with learning difficulties and those with limb/foot deformities affecting mobility.
* Communicate effectively across professional boundaries to ensure optimal patient care.
This service provides care to patients with predominantly high-risk feet.

Person Specification
