A thriving, modern manufacturing business based in Deeside is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Assembly Operators to join its dynamic team in the mechanical production of components made from steel, aluminium and plastics.
Salary: £13.26 per hour (+ £1.30 per hour for night shifts, if you want a night shift).

Responsibilities
* Perform tasks related to the manufacturing of mechanical components with precision and care.
* Utilise manual dexterity and practical skills to assemble parts.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
* Contribute to a continuous improvement environment to enhance processes.
Qualifications and requirements
* Previous production/manufacturing experience and experience using hand and power tools is required.
* Strong commitment to quality, safety, and productivity.
* Manual dexterity and a keenness to learn.
* Full training provided.
* Ability to follow SOPs diligently.
* Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
* Ability to get to site – must have a driver’s license or a motorbike licence.
Job details
Hours: 12-hour days, Monday-Thursday, 06:00-18:00.
Location: Deeside (CH5). Excellent transport links for candidates from Holywell, Chester, Wrexham, Mold, Ellesmere Port, Flint, Connahs Quay, and wider North Wales and Cheshire areas.
Note: The factory is clean, modern, and continually being upgraded.
