Project manager

Due to expansion, our client is keen to recruit a Project Manager to work on a variety of projects. The company designs, manufactures and installs noise and vibration control systems and have projects ranging in value from £2,000 to £1.5M consisting of enclosures, doors and screens. Candidates will need to have relevant engineering qualifications and preferably a experience of metal fabrication or steel erecting .
What’s on offer:
Salary of £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5pm, Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm. When on site hours are between 8am and 6pm

Duties:
Prepare detailed ' Project Programmes ’ and monitor progress.
Work with Design Office, liaise with Bid Team and Customer where required to negotiate a technical solution and provide 'partslist’ for procurement.
Agree subcontract programmes, attendances and working methods prior to commencement
Check drawings and approve all inhouse and specialist subcontract drawings
Ensure the completion of the installation programme and customer handover on site.
