WHAT TO EXPECT We are on the hunt for an SEO lead to play a key role in the SEO strategy formulation, delivery and operations across the JLR websites. You can expect to work with the Web Performance Group, reporting to the Digital Operations & Continuous Improvement Manager. To be successful in this role you will need to be a subject matter expert in SEO processes, opportunities, reporting and technology, with a passion for technical development and operational excellence. Key accountabilities & responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for analysing JLR websites and developing SEO technical and operational strategies. As well as monitor, report and communicate SEO position and traffic mix. Whilst working with Web Group Product Owners and Line managers to deliver and prioritise required changes. Further duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support SEO leads within the Communications team to activate content and improve operations processes. Manage SEO dashboard creation and strategy. Direct SEO agencies and other agency resources to deliver the required insight and strategy. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Essential: Extensive experience in SEO strategy development and technical principles. Extensive experience in website traffic reporting and analysis. Significant experience in delivering traffic growth within complex digital landscapes across multiple markets. Experience as an SEO Lead and SEO agency management.
