What youll do Lead the asset management of your regional portfolio and make sure homes are safe, sustainable and performing well Work with your team to spot risks, solve problems and keep everything on track Guide decisions on where we invest, divest or improve, and make clear recommendations Partner with other regional teams to deliver our Asset Strategy and Regional Plans Share insights and reporting that help the business see the full picture Mentor and support colleagues working toward professional qualifications.
