Role Overview
My client is seeking a technically skilled, performance-driven leader to head their Highways and Infrastructure team. With your extensive civil engineering experience, you will drive project success through effective team leadership and strategic implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
* Optimise cost-effectiveness through smart business systems.
* Manage project delivery from start to finish.
* Handle financial aspects like costing, valuation, and forecasting.
* Lead Infrastructure and Building Drainage teams.
* Develop tailored solutions for clients.
* Drive business development and secure projects.
* Engage with stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
* Chartered Civil Engineer with 15+ years' experience.
* Expertise in Highways Geometric Design (DMRB), Infrastructure, Public Realm, Drainage, SuDs, Earthworks, and Utilities.
* Proven track record in planning and technical approvals.
* Strong operational and project management skills.
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
